I recently moved. Where do I vote and do I need to register again?
MOVING WITHIN THE COUNTY
After moving, notify the county voter registrar in writing of your new address. You should transfer your registration to your new address as soon a possible. You may return to your previous precinct to vote until your registration is transferred, provided you still live within the boundaries of the entity conducting the election.
MOVING FROM ONE COUNTY TO ANOTHER
If you move from one Texas county to another, you must re-register in the county of your new residence. You may be eligible to vote a limited ballot for 90 days after you move if your new registration is not yet effective. However, the limited ballot is available only during early voting, not on election day.

The Texas Voter is a quarterly publication printed by the LWV-TX containing a variety of information on League activity at state and local levels, as well as voting issues affecting the state.

The National League site contains a huge amount of information on national issues and advocacy campaigns taking place across the US as well as many other resources.
