LWV Texas Convention 2022





 This is a multi-day event with multiple activities to choose from, we have some local Leagues not using the ClubExpress platform yet, and it is our first time using this platform for this kind of event, therefore this may seem complicated and confusing.  But have no fear, we face much tougher challenges all the time and still we persist! 

Please read the Step-by-step Convention Registration Instructions first to make it easier and clearer, especially if you are new to this process. You may want to download and print them if you are registering and paying for more than one person, or if you are one of the local Leagues not on ClubExpress. 

Before you register:

  • If you are a League member and your local League is already using ClubExpress, PLEASE be sure you log into the LWVTX website first.  

    • You should use the same user id and password you use for your local League website.  

    • If you don’t know your user id and/or password, click on “Member Login” at the top of this page, then on the next screen click on “Forgot My username/password.”  An email will be sent to you with this information.

  • If you are a League member but your local League is NOT using ClubExpress yet, you still register for this event on this site but you register as a nonmember even if you are a Delegate. Don’t worry, there is no price difference for members and nonmembers in this case.

  • If you are a nonmember, please consider joining! As a non-member, please register as an Observer or for the Workshops Only.  We’ll be watching!

COVID Vaccination and Mask Protocol as of 3/4/2022

We are following Travis County and Austin Public Health guidance. As conditions change these protocols will be updated as we get closer to the event.

Austin-Travis County cases continue to declined, and is now at Stage 2 Guidelines. With the spring festival season conditions will continue to be closely monitored.

*All attendees must show vaccination card at registration.
*Fully vaccinated individuals may participate in indoor and outdoor private gatherings, dine and shop without wearing masks or social distancing.
*Partially vaccinated individuals should take preventative measures: wear a mask, wash your hands, and social distance.
*Please continue check back here as we get closer to the time of the event in case conditions change.
